For the last 4 days my Versa has not kept the correct time,. I also can not get it to sync to my phone. I have tried turning it off and back on, which was successful one time. After 4 days the time is now off 2 hours. I have also restarted the bluetooth countless times and no success.

@DN03 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's won't keep the correct time and won't sync your data. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, sync your watch and see if the issue gets fixed and the time is displayed correctly.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

My message about the issue being resolved is incorrect

My versa is still not syncing but every 4 days and time is always off. I am very frustrated and am about ready to move away from Fitbit. This watch is only 8 months old and not reliable.

Mine did the same thing ... I haven't even been able to wear it. People need to know so they don't throw their money away

My Ionic won't keep time either - fundamental purpose of the watch and can't do that.

Have had so many issues with my Fitbit will never ever own one again - rubbish!

I've had four faulty Fitbit versus, my Vfifth Versa is just as bad. Here are the faults

1- won't sync

2- when I twist my wrist won't show me the time and light up

3- loses or gains time when not synced

This is not a smart watch, if it was it would be able to keep accurate time like a 20 year old digital Timex at least. This is a bad product. Should be taken off the market.

Mine is doing the same! I've turned it off & on - what seems like hundreds of times! I've sync'd it MANY times, I've changed my time zone, I've deleted the app & reloaded it. My software is all regularly updated. REALLY FRUSTRATED!

I have had exactly the same problem. I was able to get Fitbit to troubleshoot on Live chat two days ago and it was fixed...for a day and the same thing is now happening. I am doing all the steps that the Live chat support told me to do last time and NOTHING is working. I am going crazy with this and it is beyond frustrating. Apparently there is some kind of Android update going on that is affecting the connections between Android and Fitbit. I have never had a problem like this before. I hope a fix can be shared soon!!

I have tried all these things no less than 50 times at least and NOTHING is working. I can't even pair my device to the app anymore. So annoyed.

I agree!! I'm having the same issues with mine. Wish I would have purchased a pedometer from the dollar store & saved my money!!

My versa is doing the same thing. My husband's is fine I never updated his. I did mine and it won't sync or keep time. It's driving me nuts. I wasted my money. It's only 6 months old.
