My Versa has started to not keep the correct time and is having difficulty syncing. I have rebooted and disconnected and reconnected to WiFi and it still isn’t working

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in.
Finally, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Versa and see if it shows the correct time and syncs properly.
