I viewed multiple troubleshooting with this issue, and investigated each solution. But continue with same problem.
When i select exercise for example walk on watch my watch continues with connecting. Never connects.
I checked each exercise all set for GPS. GPS is set on phone, and in the fitbit online dashboard.
I turned my WIFi off like suggested, With no luck.
Ive had many issues with my Versa compared to my charge 2. Which had had very little issues compared to versa.
Please help me with this issue. Would be appreciated
@AmyBethS Amy could you please provide me with your Versa model (Lite, SE, etc) as well as your phone model, OS and Fitbit app version? Thx!
