Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Versa completely stopped pairing yesterday. The time on the watch changed, and I could not synch it with my phone or my laptop. I have restarted my phone, restarted the Versa, deleted the app, reinstalled the app, deleted the Versa, turned Bluetooth on and off and I’ve tried to add it again numerous times over 2 days. My phone does not recognize my watch at all.
I am able to connect to other devices, so it isn’t my Bluetooth.
My last effort was to reset the watch to factory settings and still, nothing. It just continuously says, “install the Fitbit app”. I just got the watch for Christmas and it has no damage nor have I even gotten it wet. I’m hoping someone has a solution or I now have a useless watch. I have an IPhone and I’m using a Mac.

I have a similar problem. My husband and I have the exact same phone. It will pair with his but not mine. We've deleted the app, removed all bluetooth devices, I even factory reset my phone. Deleted the versa from the fitbit app. And now I did a factory reset on the versa too. My phone wont connect to it. Sometimes it finds it but it wont connect. I just get the endless cycle of "turn bluetooth off and on again" We even turn the bluetooth off my husbands phone and log out of the app. Nothing yet

Versa paired with my Samsung Galaxy tablet and then when I did did full update on my Samsung 7 phone and deleted the Fitbit app and then uploaded it again to the updated phone it started to work. Now all is good.

Hi. I have not been emailed by anyone from FitBit and it still isn’t working. I’ve done so many factory resets, deleting and reinstalling the app, etc etc that I’ve lost count. After getting it synced it only keeps the correct time for about 15 minutes and then starts losing time, usually about 90 minutes gets lost overnight. Should I just send it back?

@SunsetRunner Thank you for getting back. I was able to check out with Support team and was told that you sent your device to Fitbit for a refund (credit). Please reply to their last email so they can follow up in case you have more doubts regarding your Fitbit Versa.

@JuanJoFitbit I have received no emails from Fitbit customer service, so I cannot reply to one. Not sure if they’re confusing me with someone else or if they have the wrong email address?

I am having the exact same problem Have tried everything and it won't pair- deinstalled app, reset it 2x, etc. My phone doesn't see the fitbit versa when I try to pair in my phone settings or in app.
Please advise how to get some support

I would like the same. I have tried for days to get my fitbit to pair and no luck. I have deinstalled app, tried via phone bluetooth, tried via other phones, etc. Bluetooth doesn't pair with Versa anymore. Phone is now useless as I did factory reset and since it won't pair, cannot get past set up screen. Please advise what to do so i can have a device that functions again.

I have had exactly the same problem. I tried all of the steps that was listed under the "not syncing" troubleshooting and nothing worked. I finally uninstalled the app, did a factory reset on the tracker, restarted my phone. I then just acted like it was new and downloaded the app again and it worked and it has been fine. I hated to do the factory reset because it lost all my setting and about 5 days worth of stored data that had not been added to the app because it would not sync.... started have problems after the last 2 updates.
