Versa not posting sleep levels

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

A little over a week ago my Versa began giving me generic sleep/awake information for my night's sleep. i.e. it no longer lists deep, REM, etc. Common suggestion is that the wrist band is not tight enough. Well, if I tighten my wrist band any tighter, I'll cut off circulation to my hand. Anyone else having this problem? My Versa is about 3-4 months old and, as far as I know, have the latest firmware.

Hi, wearing your Versa too tight does not work. Just wear it as you always do. Restart your Versa several times in a row (sometimes this needs to be done 4 to 5 times) by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. See, tomorrow, if that solved your sleeping problem.

I'll give that a try and let you know if it works. I have to reset it to get rid of messages. I have to reset it to get it to d/l clock faces. I have to reset it to get it to sync. I'm not sure if my fingers or the buttons will wear out first. 😞

I've tried resetting it multiple times and shutting it off for 5 minutes then restarting. No change in results. (Actually, suddenly in the past three days my screen brightness isn't working properly and the battery is needing recharge in less than 48 hours - was 3 1/2- 4 days.
