Versa not receiving app notifications

I see just a toggle button under app notifications on the Fitbit app so can't choose which apps I want to receive notifications from. Although calls and messages toggle button are on, not receiving any notifications on my watch.

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your Android device. In the meantime, make sure to follow the steps listed in this help article in order to set the notifications.

@SunsetRunner, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the notification issue, our team is aware of this problem and are actively working on a fix.

 

Once a solution is available, we'll make sure to post it in the forums. We really appreciate your patience and understanding with this.

 

In the meantime, please make sure that you Pixel 2 has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.
