Versa not receiving notification

Notifications was working ... but stopped yesterday. Today after app update, still no notifications. Anyone facing the same issue? Am able to sync and also "send a test notification".

Asus zenfone 3.

 

not on the supported list, but notifications was working before yesterday afternoon.

It's a common problem since day 1 of Fitbit OS on the Ionic. Try to restart, if that doesn't help try to re-install the Fitbit app. If that doesn't help good luck, if you don't own a three year old phone chances are high it's not on the list of supported devices and Fitbit can't help.

Tried it “Fitbit notifications” by Smart Dinosaurs Entertainment... and now I have notifications.Smiley Happy

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves, I am glad to see here that for some of you this issue has been resolved. Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your watch and phone, it needs to be compatible.

 

To have the list of compatible mobile devices, click here. When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with Fitbit but you might experience some connectivity issues. But don't worry, you can always try the instructions provided in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
