Versa not receiving notifications from Versa 2

I've god a new fitbit. A fitbit versa 2. But I have som trouble with notifications. For a long time I got a message that I needed to restart my phone. I had a fitbit blaze and the last couple of months I got that message all the time. But after a while with the versa 2 I deleted the app and added the versa 2 again and the message stop, but now I only get notifications when someone calls but not when someone message me or other app notification. Even though I've check the boxes for who I want notifications from. I don't understand what I'm going wrong. I have huawei p30 pro. Does anyone has any idea what's wrong?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the text notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.
