Versa not receiving notifications from apps

I have followed all guides but my Versa is only receiving notifications from text messages or phone calls - not from messenger, whatsapp etc. when I click on notifications in Versa on my Fitbit app, it shows calls, text messages and calendar events all on, but when i click on 'app notifications' it says ' apps will be added to the list after they send notifications to your phone'?

Help please!
