In the past 7 months I have owned two fitbit versas. The first died after 10 days, fortunately it was replaced at no cost to me. The replacement worked for the most part for 4 months. During the past two weeks my fitbit has not received any notifications/texts. I have factory reset my fitbit everyday for two weeks, I have uninstalled the fitbit app repeatedly from my phone, I have checked help forums and tried everything I know. This is very disappointing to own this fitbit and to have such poor performance. I would not recommend the versa to anyone. Is there anything else I can try, when it works, it's great.

I got the text notifications to work after going to Notifications and switching Show Previews to Always. Hope this helps!

I have tried all these suggestions and I am still not consistently getting text notifications. It only worked one time during the past week, major bummer.
