Versa not receiving notifications

my versa has stopped receiving notifications. I’ve restarted it and it syncs with my iPhone just fine.  However when I go into the app to make sure my notifications are turned on I get a message saying that it can’t find the device... despite the fact that it’s syncing ok!  I’ve already done a factory reset this week for the wake feature.  I don’t want this to have to be a regular procedure.  I never had these problems with my Blaze and am starting to regret “upgrading”.

I am able to change my clock display, monitor sleep etc.... however no notifications are coming through.

I'm not getting any notifications at all. This is not the first time it's happened and I'm slightly annoyed at the fact that it keeps happening. Support is not helpful.

Yes support is not being helpful at all. They keep sending me the same steps to try.  I’ve even done a factory reset.  I’ve only had the Versa for 4 months... this shouldn’t be happening.  Guess i’ll Have to call.
