Versa not receiving notifications

My Fitbit keeps telling me every couple of days that I need to restart my phone in order to receive my notifications. All of a sudden I don't get my notifications so I go in to the app and check my settings and that it what it tells me. I never use to have to do that up until about a month ago.

Hi Brittany. you're not the only one who suffers from this this problem. It's the result of the new Fitbit app that causes this and syncing problems. @Brittany1101 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the notifications issue that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
