Hi @Huskymam84, welcome to the Community Forums.
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks for your update and the screenshot that was attached into your post @Huskymam84.
For me to further investigate why are you receiving such error message, can you please specify which phone were you using before? Are you able to setup your device again with the older phone to see if you receive the same error message there? This way I'll be able to identify if the issue is with the phone as itself, your account or the Fitbit app for Android.
I'll be waiting for your reply.

Your reply is appreciated @Huskymam84.
Seems odd that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Versa and your Huawei P20 Pro, I'm using the Huawei P20 Lite with a Fitbit Ionic with no trouble at all. Please see these additional instructions for help resolving any notifications issue using the Fitbit app on your phone.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed.

I've had the exact same problem with the same phone 😬 notifications were working and not anymore.
Did you get it resolved?

Yes have tried all troubleshooting.
Unpairing. Restarting phone and fitbit several times. Even tried the sync Fix app like someone else tried. I get the restart phone to re-enable notifications.
My next thing will be a factory reset as a last option 🤦:female_sign:🤦:female_sign:

Thanks for your update and confirmation @Josiedol.
For documentation purposes, can you please share a screenshot of the same error message that you're receiving in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications feature of your device?
I'll be waiting for your reply.

i used a sync Fix app, which fixed the issue for a day and then it reverted back to not working.
I have tried factory reset. Which hasn't worked. I've had nothing but issues. The bluetooth keeps dropping and then won't register on my phone.
I have other devices Bluetooth on my phone without an issue.
When trying to readd my cards after factory reset I had so many issues, it wasn't registering on my phone, but had loaded the card onto the app.
I have wasted so much time trying to get notifications working, I'm so frustrated. For a $300 watch, it's so disappointing.
