Versa not receiving snapchat notifications

About 2+ months ago my versa stopped receiving snapchat notifications. I get texts, calls, any other app notification sent to the versa but just not snapchat. I have done everything that was recommended, and still nothing. Im getting really frustrated with this. I just want to get notifications.

Any word on if this problem is going to be fixed. Im close to switching back to Samsungs watch. Me and multiple others are getting upset that there has been no fix. Whats the hold up? Im going on like 4 months with this issue. If not longer.
