Versa not receiving text messages

I did the new update and now I can't get any text messages. I did all the things it said to and even did the factory reset still not working! Help

hello @ADA1973 your Fitbit will only receive what your Fitbit app can send. 

Your Fitbit app can only send what it can intersect. 

May I ask what type of phone you are having problems with? 

You say you had a phone update. Have you checked your phone and Fitbit settings? On android these frequently get reset after an os update.

It's a samsung s10+ the update was on the fitbit app and tracker not my phone . I have checked all the settings . I can receive emails and face book messages just not regular messages

I have a Samsung s10 and versa lite, haven't even had it a month yet and it stopped giving me notifications on the watch. Phone calls are still coming thru. Tried to connect it on my husband's s10 and it works just fine. Checked all the settings and I can't find any between the 2 phones that are different.

I am having this same issue.  I also have a Samsung S10+.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Reset everything and I still am not receiving text messages.  I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting.  Nothing is working.

Mine still isn't working. Don't think they are even trying to fix
the problem. It started working last Wed night for maybe 20 min but stopped
after the 20 min.

I am having the same problem. I have a Samsung s10. My watch and app working perfectly til the latest fitbit app update. Fitbit support isn't hearing or listening to our complaints about this and it's so frustrating. They want to keep sending the same links for troubleshooting but we've tried them ALL. The update messed up something with this synchronization of the watch to the app therefore we aren't receiving texts because the tracker isn't staying synced anymore. I am so bummed out about this!
