Versa not receiving text notifications - iPhone 7+

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been through every single one of the procedures/steps for troubleshooting why my Versa doesn't receive incoming text messages from my iPhone...multiple times.  It still fails.  Odd part is that the Calendar app notifications/reminders work, as do the incoming call notifications.

Versa - 71.6.19

iPhone - 7 Plus

iOS - 14.3

Hi @bozopriester, welcome to the Community Forums.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? Are you having issues with phone call notifications? Since you receive calendar notifications, can you please confirm if you receive notifications from other apps like Facebook, Instagram, etc? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Looking forward to your reply.

As I said in the original post, incoming call notifications work.  Calendar notifications work.  Text message notifications do not work.  I do not have any other notifications turned on for my Fitbit Versa device.  While I await your next reply, I will turn on notifications for another app just to see if they work.

I could not say exactly when this started happening but it has been at least 3 months.

Thanks!
