Versa not receiving text notifications

I had a versa and it stopped working and have since received a replacement however I am not consistently receiving text notifications. I works some times but I would say a majority of the time it doe not. I have turned my Bluetooth on and off. Re synced my versa with my phone through the app but nothing is working. I so want to love my Fitbit and stick with this company but I am thinking of just getting an Apple Watch. It’s  been less than a year and I’ve has more than a few issues with the versa 🤨

Hi, since this seems to be a Fitbit app problem, I would suggest the following:

1. Before following the suggestions do not remove or unpair your Versa from the Fitbit app

2. Deinstall the Fitbit app

3. Restart your mobile device and after that wait for a few secs.

4. Reinstall the Fitbit app and, of course, enable BT.

5. Sync your Versa with the Fitbit app and see if the problem is solved.
