Versa won't charge

Hello, 

My Versa won't charge. It's the cradle and the display indicates that it's charging, but the battery life isn't increasing. I've restarted the Versa, and I've tried plugging into another power source. No luck. Any suggestions?

Hi, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
