I am getting all other notifications but for text messages, I have unpaired, re-pair, set up the versa as a new device, reset to factory settings, checked the receive texts on the app as well as the device. This just started yesterday and I've spent several hours following the help items to no avail. I have a galaxy Note 9

Same here, same phone. I have tried everything too. I did get one notification while it was plugged in and charging but when I unplugged the Versa those stopped again.

Me too, been this way every since Saturday when I did the app update from the play store. I have the Galaxy 9+ , this is very frustrating and needs to be fixed ASAP.
I have deleted everything ,reinstalled and still nothing.
All settings are done correctly.

Same here, Galaxy S8+, ever since the app update came out. Also the app is not updated at all, it says it's version 3.0 but my wife has an S8 and her app dashboard is the new one and her app is labeled as version 2.95, she has an Alta HR and hers is working fine.

Since I updated the app, I do not receive text notifications either.

Oh gosh … I thought it was just ME. I was just on a chat with an agent and got disconnected because fo the 2 minute limit. I'll follow this stream and call them back later today when I'm not at work.

I've called them and they confirmed yes an update messed up something but can't tell when (or if) it can be fixed.

I'm glad I'm not the only one... it has been driving me crazy... I hope they fix it really soon.

Same issue. Originally was only text I wasnt receiving. Then this morning I wasnt receiving any notifications. And I have followed all the steps listed in the help center multiple times. Hope it's fixed soon.
