My fitbit versa screen went black and has no power now, I tried the factory reset with no luck. I tried to leave it on the charger over night with no luck this am. Any ideas?

Same thing happened to mine this past Sunday and I immediately contacted customer support. 3.5 days later I was offered 25% off on the purchase of a new Versa. I hope yours is less than a year old! If it is contact customer support and they should replace it. I hope you have better luck than I did.
