Versa not receiving text notifications

All of my apps that have sent my phone notifications are appearing in my Fitbit app to send my Versa notifications, except my text messages. I’ve had my Fitbit for almost a year and this is the first time this has happened. I’ve uninstalled the app and restarted my Versa. Help!

I found this document and tried doing this, too. It’s weird. It’s the only app that won’t show up in my Fitbit app to allow notifications. It’s like it’s not recognizing my messages as an app.
