Versa not recording sleep

My versa recorded sleep when I first got it. Now it only records sleep data the last two hours before I wake.  It is exactly 2 hours every time. This should indicate a problem easy to fix. I have talked to help 4 times and they finally gave up.  The time recording is from 6:00 till 7:00 and from 7:00 till 8:00.  Normally it records just 2 hours.  I have done all suggestions from Fibit with no success.  Anyone with ideas?

My Versa stopped recording sleep and after following all of the suggested steps, it is still not tracking my sleep. Putting Versa sleep to sensitive only made the battery drain. I was hoping the latest update would fix the issues from the previous update but it just made things worse. Now my heart rate showed as 84 all night instead of 68-72 which is my normal rate. I don't have any suggestions other wait for another update and hope it fixes the multiple problems the last two updates created.
