It have ??? marks after the heart... I've turning it off and on.

Try restarting the Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until the fitbit logo appears.
If possible, try a different clock face as well.

I started noticing mine having the same issue along with my notifications not vibrating. I held down the left button and the bottom right button and let it restart. Problem solved! Thanks!
