Versa not resetting when I push in back button and button on the right

Are you holding the buttons long enough? The restart instructions are:

 

"Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds."

 

I find it takes around 8 seconds for the logo to appear.

 

What problem are you looking to fix with a restart?

I'm  waiting  for the logo to appear.  It has worked for awhile.  Now when I reset it still track 16 or more minutes to run a mile.  Thanks for getting back to me.Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S8.
