My Versa has stopped responding to touch and the hard reset is not working. Fitbit will not send a replacement because the device is over a year old. My Versa is in immaculate condition and has never been dropped. I guess I should just throw it in the garbage now?

@MelZee7 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is won't respond to touch or when pressing the button. I'm also sorry that it's no longer under the warranty period. Th warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of first setup.
I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
