Versa not responding

I used my versa first time in pool .. now its done just black screen cant charge cant turn on or nothing plzz help i love this watch in need of help !!!!! Thanks

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa stopped working after you used it in the pool. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I understand that you love the device and would like to keep using it and working on your goals. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.
