Versa not responding

Earlier today my Fitbit was stuck at the start-up screen, just the diamond shape of dots.  I have pressed and the back button and the bottom right side button, multiple times.  I did a hard reset by holding down all 3 buttons, I did get it to vibrate once, but I still cannot get the screen to light up. I do get a red light on the back, but nothing on the front. I have tried charging it, and still nothing.

I have since tried a different charger and plugging it into my laptop and a wall charger (several different wall chargers) and I still

cannot get the Fitbit Versa to power on or reset.
