My Fitbit versa will turn on but it won’t swipe in any direction and I restarted it 3 times, what option is there apart from a factory reset?

Thanks for the details provided and troubleshooting performed on your watch. You can also try changing the clock face from the Fitbit app by tapping on your profile's picture > Versa > Clock Faces and selecting a new one. Please note that the factory reset is not recommended unless our Support team indicates you to do it.

I appreciate the update. Since the swiping function is still not working, my advice is to contact our Support team by chat or calling them. Please explain them what you've tried so far and see what they recommend to get a resolution.
