I first bought a Fitbit Versa in Sept 2018, in Oct 2018 I was issued with a new Versa as my first one had a syncing issue. Now only a few months later my new device has just completely shut down. It was charged on Sunday and sometime during the night it just shut down. I have tried multiple things to get it on but it is completely dead. No lights, no vibrations, nothing. Have tried charging, doing 2 and 3 button restart but no luck.
This is quite disappointing seen as though it is my 2nd device in 6months!!

Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't turning on and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
