Versa not syncing at all

Hi! I have had many issues with my Fitbit Versa and I’ve reset it multiple times. The WiFi won’t even connect but it will be stnxed to my phone. I can never get text messages on it either but phone calls will come through. I’ve had it on all day and no steps were counted. What can I do?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't sync or receive text notifications. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums. Also, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue. After this, follow the steps included in this help page and monitor your watch in order to see if the notifications issue gets fixed as well. These articles contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I’m having the same issues- no syncing or taking an hour or more- battery doesn’t last a day even though I’ve turned everything but basics off and my time will not change even after it’s synced.

i literally bought it at Christmas and just started using last week- so far I’m very disappointed and I wasted $199😫

Hi this has also affected me, I have tried all the troubleshooting but it is syncing when it wants? The Linking with fitbit app required for connectivity features is always running as a notification. 

 

I have contacted Fitbit who said they will get back to me in 2 days that was 4 days ago! New Case (#35421449) 

 

I am getting sick of this whenever we get an update things go wrong! 😞
