Why are these things for sale when they tear up so easy. I have tried for over 2 weeks to sync my Versa and it will not sync. Really disappointed in this product I work to hard for my money to just spend it on something that will not work right

I first tried on my iPhone 10 wouldn’t ever sync so then tried on iPhone 8 still wouldn’t finally got it to sync to my old iPhone 7 and it stayed synced for about a week and then it stopped and cannot get it to sync anymore. I have installed all updates tried everything that I can find and still nothing very disappointed in this product

I always have trouble with this! Drives me crazy. This thing is a piece for sure. Mine has had the wrong date, even after syncing for 2 weeks, the battery is dead within 2 days and the thing wont sync.

@Jaype and @CRag I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. If you have already tried the troubleshooting steps provided by @Rich_Laue and you're still having trouble syncing, please let us know.
@Jaype as you have mentioned you've synced before with an iPhone 7, please go to the Bluetooth settings on this phone (and the iPhone 😎 and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then try to sync with your iPhone 10.
@CRag, when it comes to the battery on your Versa, please restart it by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Additionally, please check the following article: Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life? for tips and instructions in how to help the battery on your Versa.
