My goal for distance is 2 miles...I've clearly surpassed 2 miles but it's not showing that I've reached my goal. It shows as if I have a further distance to go so I can achieve my goal. I've synced it multiple times and it's not working. The crazy thing is if I change my goal to 1 mile, it will recognize that I achieved my goal, just not a 2 mile goal.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not syncing your distance data completely.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of your account, restart your phone, open the app and log in.
Finally, monitor your watch for the next 48 hours and see if it syncs your data properly.
