I so I got my versa to sync with my phone at first. It worked great. After two months, it would not sync with anything. Followed all the suggestions, updated firmware, updated phone, finally got it to sync enough that it would track steps and time but nothing else. I still cannot get it to track sleep, it will not do notifications, send through text messages or phone calls. I have done the factory re-set. My phone is supposed to be compatible. Very frustrated. Support basically said 'Oh well, sorry.'
It looks like the bluetooth on the watch isn't working but I can't really tell.

@ctemple247 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear about your Versa not syncing nor tracking sleep and thank you for troubleshooting this. Try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your Versa and your phone. After this setup notifications again. Regarding the sleep your Versa will start recording this after it detects an hour of inactivity so if you have a light sleep this may prevent it from starting the record. You can read more about sleep here.
Let me know how it goes!

I have tried this mine also worked for about an hour but after that it was done working. I thought the update was supposed to solve this issue that so many people are having.

@HarleyRenea Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
@ctemple247 @HarleyRenea sorry for the delay in my replay and thank you for following these suggestions. You can try these additional steps listed here. Or retry a Factory reset to see if this helps (go to settings on your Versa, about, factory reset).
Keep me posted!
