Versa not syncing or pairing since app updste

Versa now only intermittently sync lately since last app update. Tried to unpair and pair. Now won t pair to Android phone. Every morning get 'cant find device' and now not tracking sleep...stops working if wake up at night. Any Android fixes

I am having the same issue.  It seems I have to spend an hour every day trying to get my Versa to sync with my Android phone.  I just did restore to Factory Settings yesterday, finally got it to pair but not until I realized I had to turn Bluetooth off on my tablet that was sitting next to me while i was trying to pair the Versa to my phone. We all have multiple Bluetooth devices around so this is getting to not be worth the effort.

I am having the same issue as well. Getting tired of messing with it! Tempted to throw this junk in the trash!! I've had fitbit for many years and never had problems until recently.

I am having a similar problem, while my Versa will  connect briefly and update itself, it will not stay connected to my Android phone on Bluetooth so I can't control my music. This used to work perfectly well before the most recent update, staying connected to my phone for days at a time. Now it pairs for a few seconds and then disconnects. Please help/fix. Thank you.

My Versa worked fine today until I ran and played music fr the versa through my Bluetooth headphones. After, it stopped all day sync up. Turned Bluetooth off and on. No luck. Only after restarting my phone was it able to sync.

My versa didn't sink during sleep, now it hasn't sinkedn all day.  Not sinking my hourly steps but is my regular steps, no sleep record for last night and no daily steps sinking to my smart phone!

I’m having the same problems. My watch is not usable at all now. Most of the time it cannot connect to my iPhone at all. If I’m lucky enough to get it to connect (very rare) it drops the connection within minutes. Even just using it as a watch is useless at it just can’t keep time, slowing down. I’ve not been able to update the firmware or sync for at least a week. 
can someone tell me how I can return it and get it replaced as it is still under warranty but I’ve not kept the papers that came with it.

Have all of you, after the first post, clicked the box in the original post, that says, 'this affects me too'? I think, the more people who click it, it becomes more visible, as a problem, to Fitbit.

I am experiencing the same problem. I went through all the steps Fitbit has, if your Fitbit won't sync. One of which, was to delete it from the app (losing all unsynced data), then, set it up again, with the app. It seemed to work, for a bit, but then, it stopped syncing daily, as someone said, my first clue it wasn't syncing, was checking the time, and, my Versa was SO off, what time of day it was, it was ridiculous!

The app now says the last sync was Mon at 3:25... but, I can't be sure, if that was this week's Monday, as it doesn't put what day of the month it is, the number (I guess I could check the data, for example, see when it last recorded sleep, etc...).

The really frustrating thing, is, there is a good chance, there are multiple threads about this, because, others don't put accurate titles (ex, only stating their Fitbit won't sync... not, which Fitbit.... if it was since the update, but, they don't put that, etc...).

And, especially, that, Apple iOS, has a HUGE, red, pinned, thread, with a fix for them, having trouble syncing, after the update!!

Me pide empareja tu movil en la app en configuracion bajo bluetooth. Lo hice y sigue igual. Tiene el 100% de la carga pero sin el cargador no se queda encendido.

Omg same. It's sooooo frustrating. It's synced once now it doesn't even find versa on Bluetooth since the stupid update. Did all the usual things, nada.

Please fix Fitbit.

Mine is a Versa 2.  I have had it almost a year and around the begining of May it stopped sending me my messages from my android trackfone.

Probably your Bluetooth chip is damaged in your Fitbit get a professional to take an expection at your fitbit or replace the chip
