Versa not syncing properly

I’m absolutely disgusted with the Versa. I had the Charge and the Charge 2, so naturally I upgraded to the “next best thing.”  Total waste of money.  It doesn’t sync, the band is impossible to change, staying connected to Bluetooth?  Forget about it.  And that’s just the start.  Anyone who spent money on the Versa should be refunded.  Shame on you, Fitbit.

The iPhone Xs.  Trust me, nothing to do with my complaints.  I’ve tried troubleshooting and have researched.  There are many with the same/similar problems and concerns.  I’m simply voicing mine as well.  🙂
