I have done the setting up 4 times, I have taken phone off and back onto fitbit account. I have rebooted it. I have done everything that has been said to try but still wont show my sleep,and showing up wrong steps, I had my old Fitbit on to check.. Good money down the pan. This watch it not fit for purpose, very disappointed. I may have to look at other types and not bother with fitbit as I have lost confidence and faith in them.
