Versa not syncing properly

My Versa fitbit shows that I made all of the hourly activity yesterday for the whole day. The app says it is syncing and it does sync the steps; however, it doesn't show the last 4 hours as being completed. I deleted the app and turned it back on. I shut down the watch.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
