My watch hasn’t been syncing sleep for awhile now. It works fine on the app, but it won’t come over to the watch. I sync, turn off and on, sync again and nothing. Help please!

@JmarcNYC Reinstall fitbit app, reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears), place Versa in the charger and let is sync several times. You can even leave it in the charger for an hour or so. also, open fitbit app, tap on Versa icon, go to apps, and check if Today app has an update. Tap update.

I am having the same issue. It has not sync anything since March 3rd. I am getting a message saying that it is scheduled to sync soon. When I check the app online the last time synced was yesterday early am. How can we fix this? No reboot or updates are working.
@Christyjanel You mean the sleep data is not being synced back to your Versa (to be displayed in Today app)?

Best AnswerI've grown weary of these issues with the Versa. I'd never recommend it. I've tried the suggestion three times today without success. Trying to get the Versa to work as it's supposed to is almost a full time job. What a disappointment. I have sleep issues so I like tracking that information more than anything else.
