So I got my Versa on Wednesday and ever since then it is not syncing my sleep. When I go on the app it is correct on there but not on the watch. For example my app told me yesterday I had 8 hours sleep which was correct but the watch was saying 9 hours 55. I have tried a couple of people’s hints from other threads but as of yet I haven’t found a permanent solution. I don’t want to have to be restarting my watch 5 times every morning and plugging it in and syncing it several times to get the right info on it for it not to update the next morning...........

@Nicolalee86 - so after a restart, does the data match between the watch and the app or is it still mismatched? If you are looking at the app, do you see a separate line for an hour and 55 minute nap or what it may assume is a nap if you were sitting super still reading or watching TV?

Hi, yes it is still mismatched but does randomly correct itself a fair few hours later. Yes it is registering different lines on the app if I had a nap. I’m not sure how to rectify the issue I was under the impression once you sync your app to your watch it should update a few minutes later
