Versa not syncing with One Plus 7

Ever since I purchased the product in june or July 2019, I have been having the syncing issue. Have written to Fitbit regularly, the last response from your side was that my phone one plus 5 doesn't have the required software to support versa. Find it disgusting that even now my versa doesn't sync after having the latest phone one plus 7. I feel cheated and completely disappointed in the product. And feel the company has no responsibility once they have shipped the product. This is utterly disgusting attitude.

Hi @Oxy, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm also sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not syncing with your One Plus 7 since it's not added in the Supported devices list. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

However, I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion. The more votes this request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.
