So, just got my Versa as a birthday present and was so excited! But it seems it isn't syncing correctly. My watch and dashboard rarely have the same info. I just completed a workout using my watch and had to manual add it to my dashboard. it also isn't tracking my sleep at all. 😞

My ionic was doing this and all I did was restart it and it fixed my sync problem.
Try to do it on your Versa
