I have an LG G6 phone and it seems it's not one of the phones supported. Is there away around this problem or should I return the phone?

A warm welcome to the Community @Joanne1967.
When a phone isn't a compatible mobile device, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
Catch you later. ![]()
