Versa not syncing

The last sync was on 15th Dec 2018 at about 8.00 am IST. Since then it is not syncing with any of my devices - iPad 10, Android mobile with 8.1 or Windows 10.

@Sukumar_R Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not syncing with your phone. However, I want to follow up on this issue and would like to know if your Versa is still unable to sync your data or if it started syncing properly after following the great troubleshooting steps that recommended my friend @NellyG.

Thanks. I was able to sync, after shutting off my device by going to

Settings (icon), About and Shutdown.

To go to settings icon, after the clock face comes on, reverse sweep from left to right, and continue reverse sweep till Settings icon is seen.

After, the device is shutdown, Then press any key to start again. No data is lost.
