The last sync was on 15th Dec 2018 at about 8.00 am IST. Since then it is not syncing with any of my devices - iPad 10, Android mobile with 8.1 or Windows 10.

However, I want to follow up on this issue and would like to know if your Versa is still unable to sync your data or if it started syncing properly after following the great troubleshooting steps that recommended my friend @NellyG.
