Versa not syncing

For over a week now I cannot get my versa to sync with my Android phone, I have done everything , and it don't matter.it was working fine then it just stopped. This was bought Nov 25. Also what I want TO know is do I need to purchase an app to play my own music on the versa? If so I am very upset considering I spent more for this watch and the blaze already had the play feature if I'd known that i would have to buy another app just to play the music i wouldn't have bought this watch.also the directions to use this watch are not clearly defined step by step making it Not user friendly at all!! So far I am very disappointed

What Android phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? Try THIS help Article on syncing problems.

No you dont have to pay for Pandora or Deezer to play music on your Versa. But you need to have your own music you can upload to it and a pc or laptop to load it from. THIS Help Article will explain hiw you do it.
