Versa not syncing

I have 11 hours out of 12 hours with over 250 steps on my watch but in the IOS app it only shows 8 out of 12 after syncing..this has been happening for a few days now.could you please advise..thank you

Hi, you can try this:

1. Before you start these suggestions, do not remove or unpair your Versa from the Fitbit app!!

2. Deinstall Fitbit app

3. Restart your phone

4. Reinstall Fitbit app again and, of course, enable BT

5. Sync your Versa with your phone and see whether the problem is solved

No that did not work..was looking around and it appears there is a problem with this and Fitbit are trying to sort it out...thank you anyway for the reply.

Where did you find the information that Fitbit is having issues?  Mine has been trying to connect for the last 11 days with no luck. I would like to read it. Thanks

Hi Leslie48, indeed Fitbit has some issues with some iPhones, mainly with regards to notifications and sometimes syncing. Really do not know why. But, all in all I'm sure they will solve it sooner or later.
