Versa not syncing

So you have told me verse will not sync because my phone is not compatible with it , therefore I have changed my phone to the Samsung galaxy s8 as that is on your compatible list and would work. So far it will not sync at all keeps telling me to link tracker with Fitbit on the app. I have done all previous stuff that was told to do with my galaxy note 8. Also this week my Fitbit has decided to restart it self when i look at it screen is blank and will not come on or has the Fitbit logo on the screen! I don't no what else I can do this is ridiculous now. How am I ment to get my verse swapped as I think this is the only option

Hi @Gem2206 Im a bit confused about where you are at with your Versa. Have you set it up successfully yet? Or are you stuck in the set up process? It certainly should work with the S8 as that is what I use and my versa works well with it.

If you are still stuck can you explain exactly what you have done and where you get stuck. Im trying to work out if it is problem with the Versa or not.
