Versa not syncing

Smiley Mad literally just purchased a new Fitbit today. It will not sync!! It goes in and out just like the reviews have said. I will be returning this device ASAP it's so very frustrating

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this, let me help you with your Versa not syncing. Before you consider returning it, I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting and see if you get it working.
