The problem with the sync is due to one of Google's security patch. We have to ALWAYS authorize notifications but since the security patch ,we can no more put ALWAY , the always box is greyed out! That is the problem.
It's doing the same thing with othe apps!

@Picaboom, I'm sorry for the late response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not syncing with your phone. I totally understand how you feel and I appreciate the feedback you shared about the security patch.
Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. Also, I would like to know if this is the first time you sync your watch or if it could be set up before.
