My Fitbit stop syncing on March 3rd, I uninstalled the app, manually reset it, nothing finally I was told to factory reset it and forget the device on my account so I did. Now I have a red X saying Data not cleared Sync & try again. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over 5 hours, I then hung up so I could take a final. I can't sync the Fitbit due to me forgetting the device. I have a Versa.

Regarding the syncing issue that your Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit soon.
